Daraz Open Platform: Authorization Notification
Dear Seller,
You are about to log in to or otherwise authorize access to or grant access to a third party site, software and/or mobile application (collectively, “Third Party Service”) using your Daraz account or through a Daraz marketplace. Please note that if you choose to proceed, you agree to and authorize the following:
- Upon authorization of login or access to a Third Party Service, you shall be deemed to have agreed and authorized such Third Party Service and the vendor of such Third Party Service (“Service Vendor”) to use Daraz and or its affiliates to transfer the necessary information and data about your Daraz account to the Service Vendor and/or the Third Party Service for the purposes of performing its obligations to you through the Third Party Service.
- Daraz does not warrant or represent as to the safety, accuracy, quality or reliability of any Third Party Service that you may choose to use. Any contractual obligations governing use of such Third Party Service are solely between yourself and the Service Vendor, and any responsibilities therein are wholly assumed by the Service Vendor. If you suffer any losses or damages pursuant to use the use of such Third Party Service, you agree that the Service Vendor shall be wholly responsible for such loss or damage and that Daraz will not assume any responsibility, provided always that Daraz may, upon your reasonable request, use best endeavours to facilitate your communications with such Service Vendor.
- Daraz and/or its affiliates or any appointed third party service provider may carry out regular security testing of any Third Party Service. You agree that this is done by Daraz at its own discretion and shall not be an exhaustive determination of the security of such Third Party Service. You undertake to take all necessary measures to ensure your own protection when using such Third Party Service, including but not limited to utilizing and enabling your own anti-virus software and security measures.
- If you discover any other internet websites that are impersonating Daraz’s websites (including but not limited the Daraz marketplaces, the Daraz Open Platform and/or other Daraz websites) and are requesting for your private login details, please notify Daraz immediately.
If do not wish to accept the above terms and conditions, please do not proceed to access such third party site, software and/or mobile application through your Daraz account.
